Hi, I’m Emily. I’m based in Blacksburg, Virginia, and I work with women locally and virtually. I founded Wild Peak Health to give women a supportive, realistic path to better health—through personalized, real-food nutrition that fits everyday life.


My approach is rooted in a lifelong connection to nature and shaped by growing up on a farm in Southwest Virginia, where nourishing food, hard work, and consistency were simply part of daily life. Today, that foundation shows up in coaching that emphasizes sustainable habits, consistent fueling, and practical strategies that support weight loss alongside the demands of work and family.


I’m a certified nutrition and weight loss coach with over 14 years of professional experience supporting people through meaningful change. My background in philanthropy shaped how I listen, build trust, and create individualized strategies, all skills I now bring into my coaching to help women build confidence around food, movement, and lifestyle habits.


As a mom, endurance trail runner, mountain biker, and bikepacking adventurer, I believe health isn’t about restriction or extremes. It’s about fueling well, moving with intention, and building habits that support strength, energy, and resilience—now and for the long term.
